WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?
In addition to Summit sessions, registration includes:
attendance at the Opening Ceremony
attendance at the Gala reception
catering during scheduled Summit events*
attendance at Cultural Programme events
all Summit materials.
The registration fee does not include:
bank administration fees
Delegates are welcome to pay for an accompanying guest. This registration type includes the Opening Ceremony, Gala Reception and Cultural Programme.
*please note that alcohol will not be served at official Summit events.
IFACCA Member institutions from countries in Category B are entitled to one complimentary registration. The IFACCA Secretariat will contact eligible Members with further details.
Invited guests are entitled to a complimentary registration and the organisers will provide eligible guests with further details.
Payment by credit or debit card is the only available option in the online registration system, if you are not based in Malaysia. The system accepts Mastercard and Visa.
The system accepts 3D secured Mastercard and Visa credit cards only. If you experience issues making your payment, it may be because your card does not have this security feature.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of any issues you have paying by debit/credit card and include the following information:
the name of the card holder
the issuing bank
the issuing country
the email address associated with the registration.
If you cannot pay by card, see below for details on how to pay via international bank transfer.
We accept payment by bank transfer, however, the online system can only process domestic transfers.

Once you have done this, email the transfer remittance advice slip to email@example.com to confirm and complete your registration. Please include the name(s) of the delegates that the payment will cover.
You can then proceed to the registration system, complete the registration fields, and select 'Pay Later' when you reach the end of the registration process. Once your payment is received, Karl Consult will complete your payment in the online system and send you an e-ticket as confirmation.
Please note that registrants will bear the cost of any international transfer fees charged by their bank.
Online Banking / 7 Eleven
If you are registering in Malaysia, you have the option to pay via online banking or 7 Eleven.

A full refund will be made for written cancellations received by 31 December 2018. However all bank fees applied to international payments will be borne by the payee (beneficiary).
Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations received after 31 December 2018. However, a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge.

LIST OF REGISTERED DELEGATES
We publish a list of registered delegates prior to the Summit so that you can identify your fellow delegates during the event. We will include the name, position and organisation details that you provide during registration on the World Summit Delegate List. However, if you would like to be excluded from the list, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org
Your personal information will be used for the purposes of completing your registration and providing you with information about attendance at the Summit. If you wish to subscribe to IFACCA's ongoing communications, please opt-in here.
Photography and filming
By registering for the World Summit you grant the organisers permission to both photograph and video record you during Summit activities.
