About Registration

All delegates, programme participants and guests must register to attend the World Summit.

In addition to Summit sessions, registration includes:

  • attendance at the Opening Ceremony

  • attendance at the Gala reception

  • catering during scheduled Summit events*

  • attendance at Cultural Programme events

  • all Summit materials.


The registration fee does not include:

  • travel costs

  • accommodation

  • breakfast

  • bank administration fees

  • travel insurance.


Delegates are welcome to pay for an accompanying guest. This registration type includes the Opening Ceremony, Gala Reception and Cultural Programme.

*please note that alcohol will not be served at official Summit events.

IFACCA Member institutions from countries in Category B are entitled to one complimentary registration. The IFACCA Secretariat will contact eligible Members with further details.


Invited guests are entitled to a complimentary registration and the organisers will provide eligible guests with further details.

Credit/Debit Card

Payment by credit or debit card is the only available option in the online registration system, if you are not based in Malaysia. The system accepts Mastercard and Visa. If you cannot pay by card, see below for details on how to pay via international bank transfer.

Bank Transfer 

We accept payment by bank transfer, however, the online system can only process domestic transfers. If you are not based in Malaysia, please email ifacca2019@karlconsult.com directly to arrange your registration.


Online Banking / 7 Eleven

If you are registering in Malaysia, you have the option to pay via online banking or 7 Eleven.

A full refund will be made for written cancellations received by 31 December 2018. However all bank fees applied to international payments will be borne by the payee (beneficiary).

Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations received after 31 December 2018. However, a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge.

We publish a list of registered delegates prior to the Summit so that you can identify your fellow delegates during the event. We will include the name, position and organisation details that you provide during registration on the World Summit Delegate List.  However, if you would like to be excluded from the list, simply email info@ifacca.org

Your personal information will be used for the purposes of completing your registration and providing you with information about attendance at the Summit. If you wish to subscribe to IFACCA's ongoing communications, please opt-in here.

Use of the registration system is guided by the terms and conditions of the system provider, EVENESIS, who will not store your information once the event is complete. The International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA) will maintain a record of Summit attendance. Its use of personal information is guided by the IFACCA Privacy Policy
