What’s included with my registration?

In addition to Summit sessions, registration includes:

• attendance at the Opening Ceremony

• attendance at the Official Reception (seated dinner)

• catering during scheduled Summit events

• attendance at Cultural Programme events

• all Summit materials.

The registration fee does not include:

• travel costs (including airport transfers to and from hotel)

• accommodation

• breakfast or dinner (other than the Official Reception – seated dinner)

• bank administration fees

• travel and medical insurance

• VISA costs.

Accompanying Guests

Delegates may be accompanied by a guest. Guests of delegates may only attend the Opening Ceremony, the Official Reception (seated dinner) and the Cultural Programme. A registration fee is applicable for any guest of a delegate.
